🌟 Snack Time Delight Granola Bars! 🌟

Looking for a delicious and healthy snack option? Try whipping up your batch of homemade granola bars! Packed with oats, quinoa pops, coconut, and peanut butter, these bars are a perfect energy booster for any time of the day. 😋


1/2 cup rolled oats

3 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut

8 pitted dates

2 tablespoons peanut butter

2 tablespoons pure maple syrup

5 teaspoons quinoa pops

3/4 cups dark chocolate chips, no sugar added

1 teaspoon coconut oil


In a food processor combine oats, shredded coconut, dates, peanut butter and maple syrup until a sticky batter forms

Divide batter into 5 equal portions and form 5 bars (I used a silicone granola bar mold)

Add one teaspoon quinoa pops on top of each bar, press down gently

Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together, stir, and then drizzle over each bar

Leave bars in the freezer for about 5-10 minutes until the chocolate is hardened. Enjoy 🍫

Store in the fridge for up to 3-4 days (If they last that long 😍
