  • 1/2 cup finely chopped yellow onion

  • 1 stalk celery - finely chopped

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • Salt/pepper to taste

  • 2 slices sprouted grain Ezekiel bread - toasted - per sandwich

  • Option 1 slice cheddar cheese - per sandwich

  • Spring mix lettuce - per sandwich
