🍝Creamy Healthy Pasta Sauce Recipe 🍅

Craving a creamy pasta sauce but want to keep it healthy and packed with flavor? Look no further! This recipe combines the vibrant taste of tomatoes, fragrant herbs, and the creaminess of cream cheese, creating a delightful sauce that's both satisfying and nutritious.   • 3 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes

  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced

  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 Boursin cream cheese

  • 1 Shallot, diced

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (omit or use less depending on your spice level)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • A large handful of fresh spinach

  • Cooked pasta of your choice (I used Banza chickpea spaghetti)


  1. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees

  2. Add all ingredients (except spinach and pasta) to an oven safe dish and back for 20 minutes. Take dish out of the oven and add the fresh spinach. Bake for another 10 minutes.

  3. Take dish out of the oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes. Then add the sauce to a food processor and blend to desired consistency.

  4. Add cooked pasta to a dish and pour the sauce over the pasta. Garnish with some fresh grated parmesan cheese and serve immediately.

The cream cheese adds a luxurious creaminess to this sauce without the need for heavy cream, making it lighter on the calories but still incredibly satisfying.
